FIX for Known Cookie Setting Issue.

The Problem: Some browsers have been locked up so tightly that the transferring of data between the browser and the server become almost impossible. We don't use cookies in the traditional sense (packets of information stored on your computer) but we do use encrypted sessions to retain your login or selection data... not unlike an online bank would. For some reason when all cookie data is blocked, those session variables are blocked and subsequently your login and form submissions cease to work.

Internet Explorer (IE) FIX Example:

Select Tools > Internet Options...
Select your internet options.

Select Tools > Internet Options > Privacy
Check to make sure your Privacy Settings is NOT set to "Block All Cookies."

Select Tools > Internet Options > Privacy
Change Setting to "High", "Medium High" or "Medium".
"High" and "Medium" example are shown below.

Select Tools > Internet Options > Privacy
Click "OK" or "Apply" after you change your setting.
