Known Cookie Setting Issue:
Browsers set to "Block All Cookies" have been experiencing login and request problems. Although we do not use typical cookies (we don't save information on your computer), we do use "temporary session variables" and setting your browser to "block all cookies" blocks those temporary session variables.
Why do we use Session Cookies?
To enable secure login and estimate requests, we have to be able to know which visitor is you from all of the others. These cookies are temporary, and handled on our end by our server. Session cookies are extremely common online, especially with online banking.
